藥物制劑新技術(shù)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室招聘信息
2007年12月經(jīng)國(guó)家科學(xué)技術(shù)部批準(zhǔn)，揚(yáng)子江藥業(yè)集團(tuán)有限公司正式組建藥物制劑新技術(shù)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，該實(shí)驗(yàn)室為國(guó)家首批企業(yè)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室之一，也是首批中唯一由制藥企業(yè)承建的重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室藥物制劑新技術(shù)研究實(shí)驗(yàn)室下設(shè)緩/控釋給藥系統(tǒng)技術(shù)平臺(tái)、微粒載藥給藥系統(tǒng)技術(shù)平臺(tái)、難溶藥物增溶技術(shù)平臺(tái)及制劑質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究技術(shù)平臺(tái)，實(shí)驗(yàn)室的研究方向及內(nèi)容為：致力于緩/控釋給藥系統(tǒng),微粒載藥給藥系統(tǒng)及難溶藥物增溶技術(shù)平臺(tái)的應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)、制備技術(shù)與相關(guān)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)研究以及與之配套的質(zhì)量控制研究及產(chǎn)業(yè)化研究。緩/控釋給藥系統(tǒng)將重點(diǎn)發(fā)展心腦血管類、內(nèi)分泌類、抗生素類和胃腸道類藥物的緩/控釋制劑產(chǎn)品，并在定速釋放、定位釋放及定時(shí)釋放等三個(gè)方面取得創(chuàng)新成果。微粒載藥給藥系統(tǒng)重點(diǎn)開展抗腫瘤、營(yíng)養(yǎng)藥、免疫治療藥等領(lǐng)域的乳劑、亞微乳、脂質(zhì)體等創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)，研究提高產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)定性、包封率、載藥量及復(fù)溶等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，開展產(chǎn)業(yè)化研究，以實(shí)現(xiàn)工藝可行、質(zhì)量可控、產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)定，解決載藥微粒制劑的產(chǎn)業(yè)化工藝及技術(shù)和設(shè)備的配套。計(jì)劃通過五年的建設(shè)，使重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室在緩/控釋給藥系統(tǒng)、微粒載藥給藥系統(tǒng)的研究、生產(chǎn)及質(zhì)量控制等方面達(dá)到國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先、國(guó)際先進(jìn)的水平，成為國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)技術(shù)的推廣平臺(tái)，推動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)相關(guān)技術(shù)的整體發(fā)展和更新。

l 產(chǎn)品開發(fā) Product development
n 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和管理2-3個(gè)研發(fā)小組應(yīng)用制劑新技術(shù)（緩控釋或微粒載藥或難溶藥物增溶等）進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)包括立項(xiàng),配方工藝研發(fā)、放大、注冊(cè)及產(chǎn)業(yè)化 lead and manage 2-3 groups of scientists to apply advanced/novel technologies including solid oral modified release or micro/nano particle based drug delivery systems or solubility/bioavailability enhancement technologies for product development. The process will involve new product development proposal, formula and process development/optimization, scale-up, product registration and commercial manufacture.
n 為新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)評(píng)估第三方的制劑技術(shù) Evaluate third party formulation/drug delivery technologies for new product development.
n 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)與國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際的合作伙伴進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)或接受技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓 lead the group to collaborate with domestic and international partners for product development or for technology transfer
n 負(fù)責(zé)組織新產(chǎn)品的注冊(cè) responsible for new product registration
l 技術(shù)平臺(tái)的開發(fā)和建設(shè) Platform Technology development
n 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)制訂出制劑新技術(shù)平臺(tái)建設(shè)計(jì)劃并付諸實(shí)施.這些技術(shù)包括緩控釋或微粒載藥或難溶藥物增溶等 Lead groups to propose plans for platform technology development. Lead groups to implement the approved plans. These platform technologies include modified release, micro/nano particle based drug delivery systems and solubility/bioavailability enhancement technologies.
n 撰寫研究論文并在國(guó)內(nèi)及國(guó)際的學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表 write research papers and publish them in domestic and internal peer reviewed journals
n 在國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際會(huì)議上進(jìn)行海報(bào)展出和會(huì)議演講 make posters and podium presentations at domestic and international conferences
n 撰寫與新技術(shù)相關(guān)的專利文件 write and file new technology related patents
